1.Write Down in 30 Seconds: Whatever you learn in a class or lecture,or after a meeting or whatever you have to memorize, note down those things in 30 seconds not any less or more. Don’t write everything, you are not making notes, you have to write only important points and those 30 seconds include the time to think what you will write. Remember details are trap, avoid details and write what matters.
